Manage Your Mind CIC

Manage Your Mind started off as a project running under the auspices of The International Association for Human Values (IAHV). After its continued success and growth, Manage Your Mind, branched away from the charity and has now been set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC), Company Number 10639227. Whilst we operate independently of IAHV, our overall aims and objectives are essentially the same and we continue to maintain a partnership in providing courses that improve the health and well being of the community.

YES! for Schools is an evidence-based program from IAHV which has consistently shown increased wellness, improved academic performance, and reduced behavioural incidents in school children. Past project

IAHV London Centre

Launched on 25 March 2025, IAHV's London Centre is the only physical IAHV office and community space in Europe. We are on the 3rd floor of the Shoreditch Exchange Building, Hoxton, very close to Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations in London.
