Thank you for choosing to sign up for Gift Aid online. With a Gift Aid declaration, for every £1 you donate, IAHV UK can claim an extra 25p from HMRC, at no extra cost to you. You can change this declaration at any time by contacting us.

If you have already donated to IAHV UK but did not complete a Gift Aid declaration at the time, use this form to add your declaration. This form does not take a new donation or payment.

If your gift aid status changes, please notify IAHV UK by emailing team.finance@iahv.org.uk indicating if you:

  • Want to cancel this declaration
  • Change your name or home address
  • No longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

Higher rate taxpayers

If you pay Income Tax at the higher rate, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return if you want to receive the additional tax relief due to you.
