Running for Humanity—50 Runners Take Over Central London This July! Cheer for us!

The countdown is officially on. On Sunday, 12th July, the streets of central London will see an extraordinary wave of energy, purpose, and community spirit.

A dedicated team of 50 runners will lace up their trainers to represent the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) at the iconic London 10K. Racing past London’s most famous landmarks—from Piccadilly to Westminster—our runners are taking on 10 kilometres of tarmac with a powerful, collective goal: to fuel IAHV’s life-changing projects and directly address the growing challenges surrounding mental health in the uk.

One Run, Many Impacts

This isn’t just a race; it is a massive, unified effort to support the entire ecosystem of IAHV’s work. The funds raised by our runners will act as a vital engine for all of our core pillars:

Championing Youth Mental Health: Funding youth leadership, resilience, and emotional well-being programs in schools and universities to support young people before they hit a crisis point.

Frontline & Community Wellness: Scaling our evidence-backed stress-relief and SKY breathing workshops for communities, healthcare workers, and individuals navigating high-stress environments.

Humanitarian Aid & Social Integration: Supporting our ongoing social inclusion projects, trauma-relief initiatives, and humanitarian outreach.

Our diverse team of runners reflects the very community we serve—bringing together long-time volunteers, healthcare professionals, students, and first-time runners who believe that human values can transform lives.

Bring the Noise: Join Our London Cheering Squad!

A closed-road race through London is legendary for its vibrant music, live DJs, and roaring crowds. But when our 50 runners hit that crucial final stretch toward the finish line on Whitehall, it is the voice of the crowd that will carry them through.

We are inviting our entire network of supporters, friends, and families to gather in central London and build the loudest, brightest, and most inspiring cheering zone on the entire route. Let’s make sure our runners hear us from a mile away!

When: Sunday, 12th July 2026 | Race kicks off at 9:30 AM

Where: The Saucony London 10K flags off from Piccadilly in central London. The specific starting point is located near 101 Piccadilly, London, W1J 7JT, right next to Green Park

What to bring: Your energy, your family, and your loudest cheers. We will have the banners, flags, and t-shirts ready for you.

Power Their Strides from Home

If you can’t make it to the streets of Westminster on July 12th, you can still be a vital part of the team. Every donation made to our central fundraising page directly powers our diverse project portfolio, ensuring that we can continue fostering resilience, peace, and human values wherever they are needed most.

Let’s celebrate our 50 running heroes and the incredible projects they are championing. See you on the finish line!
